Very well said.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">_________<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for your work,<em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Somehow limitless deceptive speech by corporations,\u2026 especially in secret,\u2026. especially if misleading about their own shareholders and the public\u2019s interests, isn\u2019t right.<\/p>\n<p>What about the literal meaning of \u201cfiduciary\u201d? Has anyone read the words lately?<\/p>\n<p>Corporations are public trust with a fiduciary <em><strong>duty to act in the interests of others<\/strong><\/em>, their public stock holders and the their licensing agency. Perhaps some people think of that as meaning \u201cmoney, money, money, money\u201d, but the words don\u2019t say that! The words say:<!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In such a relation good conscience requires one to act at all times for<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wiktionary.org\/wiki\/benefit\">the sole benefit and interests of another<\/a>, with loyalty to those interests.<br \/>\n\u201cA fiduciary is someone who has undertaken to act for and on behalf of another in a particular matter in circumstances which give rise to a relationship of trust and confidence.[1]\u201d<br \/>\nA\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fiduciary#cite_note-1\">fiduciary duty[2]<\/a> is the highest\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Standard_of_care\">standard of care<\/a> at either equity or law.
